DC Reads is one of the Service and Justice programs sponsored by the Office of Campus Ministry.  Each semester 150+ students participate in DC Reads.  For many, DC Reads serves as their Federal Work Study employment.  Others volunteer or receive service credit for one of their classes.  DC Reads tutors commit to tutor at least one session per week for a semester at one of our community partner sites.  We currently have ten community partner sites.  They represent public, private, and charter schools, non-profit organizations, and after-school programs.  To learn more about becoming a tutor, please click here.
